Your wedding day is one of the most special occasions in your life, and choosing the perfect venue is a crucial part of making that day extraordinary. At Mint Springs Farm, we know that the right venue can make all the difference, which is why we’ve created an all-inclusive experience that takes care of everything you need to make your day unforgettable.
Whether you’re planning an intimate rehearsal dinner or a grand wedding celebration, our Nashville venue offers everything under one roof. From our elegant bridal suite to the industrial-romantic groom’s loft, our setting is designed to make every moment of your day effortless. Our ceremony pavilion provides an outdoor space for your nuptials, while our reception barn serves a dual purpose later in the evening. Best of all, our picturesque property is the epitome of Southern charm, and you’ll have a wealth of a stunning backdrops for your photos.
1. We’ll cross multiple things off your to-do list for you.
Reserving a venue and selecting a wedding date are the most significant tasks once you’re engaged, this is of course, followed by numerous other responsibilities. Consulting with potential vendors and coordinating stylistic themes for your special day are just part of the planning journey. Fortunately for you, IF you choose our all-inclusive wedding venue, we will efficiently manage several of these important details for you. Our team offers an extensive amount of services, including catering, floral designs, and, of course, an abundance of everyone’s favorite – dessert.
2. We’ll give you ALL the help.
The success of your wedding is largely dependent on the venue, as finding the right one can provide invaluable support throughout the planning process. Choosing an all-inclusive wedding venue ensures you’ll enjoy the expertise of skilled and seasoned professionals who work tirelessly to deliver an unforgettable event.
On top of that, a ‘day of’ assistant will be available to stand by your planner’s side. Even though everything is planned out to a t, there will be a team on hand to ensure the seamless and smooth flow of everything from start to finish
3. Your wedding style will be stunning.
There is something amazing about working with a wedding venue whose design credentials are second to none. This exquisite location already boasts a stunning setting, but the floral design team takes it up a notch by amplifying its inherent beauty. Whether you’re seeking luxurious blooms to add a touch of opulence to your surroundings, textured arrangements and table decor that highlight the natural beauty of your reception space, or an ultra-sophisticated aesthetic that matches your style goals, you can trust that The Bloom House, our exclusive floral designer, will collaborate with you closely and every step of the way. Bonus, we have a vast selection of modern floral vessels, props, and candleholders at your disposal to help you make your dream wedding come to life the way you’ve always envisioned it.
You’ll find no shortage of jaw-dropping hotels in Nashville, some of which offer on-site lodging options for a truly immersive experience. That being said…
- Apart from catering, hotels do offer some rentals in-house (like ceremony/receptions tables, chairs, and linens), but not when it comes to specific floral and/or decor designs
- Hotel ballrooms—particularly the vintage ones—have character and intrigue all on their own. But we’ll be honest, sometimes the look leans a little corporate/uninspired. In cases like these, you often end up taking on a lot more work and expert help (which translates to more $$$) to bring your complete vision to life
- Partying at a hotel is fun, absolutely, but when you have to do it in the company of other hotel guests, it doesn’t feel as intimate
- Most hotels don’t have as impressive a repertoire of on-site and natural photo-staging sites
- Hotels have a much more city/metropolitan vibe about them; so, if you’re in search of a place with built-in beauty and natural charm, an all-inclusive countryside/outdoor spot is best
4. Your ceremony and reception will be steps from each other.
Okay, so in the case of our venue, the roof might not even be part of your plan. But it can be. In fact, you have several locations for your ceremony and reception (if the open-air pavilion doesn’t float your boat, you can take your vows outside, in earshot of a gorgeous fountain-spouting lake). This is important so that your day doesn’t have to be interrupted by intermittent travel from one place to another—you can have your ceremony and then go on to take your pics (with and without your wedding party) while the rest of your guests file into your cocktail hour/pre-party lounging—which can take place outdoors on the patio, a whole other locale to love—and then into the reception barn.
Let’s be honest, saving money is key. The package you’ll receive when booking a wedding at Mint Springs Farm is simply astounding (be sure to view the “All Weddings Include” list in accompaniment with the “What’s Not Included” list to gain a clear understanding). As far as your other vendors go, you simply need to focus on choosing a photographer, videographer, hair and makeup team, and transportation. Realistically, you’ll want to budget an extra $15-30K for these vendors. But you’ll want to speak with your coordination team to make sure you’re clued into ALL the inclusions in your all-inclusive wedding package. You can get to know more about them here.
5. You’ll enjoy more of your engagement and wedding day.
