Please Be Seated is a family-owned and operated business offering full-service party equipment and event rentals. They’re the premiere rental company in the Nashville area. As our exclusive rental vendor, and because we’re flexible with drop off and pick up times, you can save up to $1000 in delivery fees. Some venues require same day pick up which can add even more fees.
Save on In-House Lighting
At Mint Springs Farm, all of our lighting is in-house to create the perfect atmosphere for your guests. We offer pin lights and chandeliers. We include pin lights in every package which is a $12,000 value. With an outside vendor, you will pay rental and installation and fees. Because we have our lighting on site, there are no minimums, delivery. Our chandelier upgrades are around 1/3 the cost of an outside vendor.
