What’s your capacity?
Our maximum capacity is 280 people for a seated dinner and 375 people for a cocktail reception.
What if I only want 50 guests for my wedding?
We offer reduced guest count minimums for smaller weddings during the week and during the months of March, July, and August.
Are Photo & Videography included in your all-inclusive package?
We do not include Photography and Videography because we know what a personal choice that one is. We do, however, offer recommendations for highly sought after Nashville wedding vendors who are familiar with the property and have experience photographing Mint Springs Farm. You can see some of the incredibly talented photographers who have photographed the venue here.
Can we just rent the venue?
Yes, you can rent the property if you’re working with an approved wedding planner. We partner with some of the most elite planners in the Nashville area.
Can I bring my own wedding planner?
We have some amazing planners on our team! However, if you’ve already contracted with a wedding planner, they are welcome. We just require a quick chat and approval with your planner to go over the all inclusiveness of our property.
Can I bring in my own outside vendors?
We include a handpicked team of Nashville’s top wedding vendors in every wedding package. An experienced on site planner, The Bloom House floral design, G Catering, several local bakery options, DJ and AV, and even a sprinter van for bridal party transportation on site. You’re also welcome to bring in any additional vendors you love to make the day your own.
Can I take engagement photos on property?
You are welcome to use the property for your engagement shoot.
Can we bring in a food truck for a late-night snack?
Yes, we want to create a memorable experience for your guests and we think food trucks are an excellent option.
Can we bring our pets?
We are pet friendly for pictures and ceremonies. We do ask for you to send your furry friend home for the reception. This wedding had a very special furry guest.
Do you do rehearsal dinners?
If we do not have a wedding the day prior to yours, yes!
Do you allow bands?
Yes and we have bands who come highly recommended by prior couples.
Do you have any outside ceremony options?
Yes, we have outside ceremony options as well as a wedding weather contingency plan in case of unexpected weather (see ours and why this is so important).
Do you include alcohol?
Our exclusive caterer, G Catering, offers alcohol bar packages to take the stress off of you on ordering and transporting alcohol. These costs are not included in your wedding package.
Closest accommodations?
Most of our couples reserve room blocks in Brentwood, Cool Springs/Franklin and downtown Nashville (all about a half hour from the Farm).
