Located just 30 minutes outside of Nashville on a 40 acres, we’re an easy and popular destination. So of course, short engagements are perfect at Mint Springs Farm. We Can Plan on an Expedited Timeline
Some couples want to get married sooner than later. Maybe you have family logistics to work around, are planning to relocate for work or just want to get married on a quicker timeline. Whatever the reason, a short engagement is totally ok! The team at Mint Springs Farm are expert planners and have experience planning on a shorter timeline.
What’s Included
Our services include a professional planner, a professional design concept, a day-of event assistant, and on-site event staff. You’ll have exclusive day-of access to the property (from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm), along with a bridal suite and a groom’s loft. The crafted ceremony pavilion with rustic seating sets the perfect backdrop, and your open-air cocktail hour is followed by an indoor, multi-level reception barn.
Our floral design team, The Bloom House, will work with you on décor planning and on-site meetings, and we provide custom-built farm tables with cross-back chairs, designer table linens, lounge seating, and bistro tables. Outdoor fire pits and china, silverware, and glassware for dinner are also included. We’ll set up a cake table, multiple bars, and provide a day-of lunch for the wedding party.
For transportation, we offer on-site limo services for 4 hours during the day. You’ll enjoy exclusive catering options with uniformed, professional serving staff, a wedding cake or dessert bar, and a professional DJ with emcee services. We provide modern sound technology, custom gobo lighting, elegant lighting design, spot lighting, and a sparkler send-off to end the night.
What’s Not Included
Mint Springs Farm provides a wide range of services, but there are a few things we don’t include. These services are photographer, videographer, fireworks, shuttle service from hotels, live painters, photo booth, wedding dress/suits, invitations, bar + bartenders, and hair + makeup. We will provide a Preferred Vendor List that includes local and professional vendors we’ve worked with and who are familiar with our property. You can choose from our preferred vendors or choose your own.
